The Market Today

Phones ringing and people seem to be in a positive mind set.  Could only be good! The first time home buyers are the foundation of the market. Not only are there first time home buyer credits for qualified buyers but there are incentives for installation of energy saving appliances, windows, air conditioning and heating systems. Call me for updates and information.

I've seen much more positive energy since the inaugriation.  I am confident that my clients will continue to buy and sell.  Here's to a great 2009!

Our office has definitely been busy already, and we're all very hopeful for the year to come.  Glad that things are looking good in NJ too.

Two of my listings called me today and agreed to drop their prices to "whatever it takes to meet the market and sell". Gotta love it.

I have days that are busy and others that are not. It does seem to follow our weather. One day the high is 9 the next day it's 58.

Our office in NC has definitely picked up too. We're all staying busy and when we're not we're all encouraging each other, getting out of the office and previewing together and just staying positive. Hope 2009 will be better for all of us.
