Nice to see the Positive Posts

Real Estate Agent with Carolina One Real Estate

I was up early today reading the most recent posts and making some comments and wanted to comment on something I am noticing about recent posts. In my two months here on AR, I have learned so much from the great agents who freely share information without wanting anything in return. It was great to read so many positive posts and see so much enthusiasm from the AR members this morning. This is a business that can be very frustrating at times but also very rewarding. If everyone here can stay positive and push your positive thoughts on others, it will help bring about consumer confidence. Consumer confidence it the number one key to economic recovery in my opinion. If people feel good about buying a home, buying a car or even buying a new TV set, they will spend the money and BUY BUY BUY. Confidence is the key to success and growth. So lose the negative and spread the positive.

There is a whining group...I think they call it venting...and that is where all the whiners should go...what is worse  is when AR members give credence to whining and make a zillion comments...on with the show...the market...the prosperity !

I found early on in life that my attitude sets my day. When I'm positive, I have a great day. Now that's not to say things don't go wrong. I just mean I seem to get over them quickly and move on to have a good day. When I'm negative, the day goes to heck. My husband's not a friendly (probably cause I annoyed him), my kids become quiet (probably afraid to earn my wrath), I'm sure you get the picture.

Bottom line.... positive thoughts, positive results you'll be happier, negative thoughts, dismal results and you'll be grumpy. That being said, Lets all have a positively great day!

Hi Randall, I agree wholeheartedly. There's enough 'doom' and 'gloom' from the media. Why weigh our thoughts down further? Sometimes, we simply need to smile. Even if things are not going the way we like, most situations will get better. How about some laughter?  Staying positive, having some fun while working hard won't hurt.

Randall, you are spot on mate! Great to see another one of your posts here! I'd like to encourage those who have something good and decent to say, to step up and say it, as well.

I definately believe that your attitude about where the industry is, where it is going, etc has a lot to do with how you perform.  No doubt this is why you and Matt are one of the top teams here in Charleston!
