I've been having to schedule a lot of showings lately. The one thing that surprises me is that when I call another agent, they should be really happy to help me with setting it up. Its almost like pulling teeth to get information out of people. So I wanted to write a blog about a few simple things that can make scheduling showings easier.
- Don't wait until the last minute. I normally schedule showings at least a week out so that my clients can have a print out of the properties they will be seeing.
- Create a spreadsheet of the properties, agent names and phone numbers. This information can be very important through the course of showings.
- Check to see if the agent has extra pictures of the property that they could email to you.
