I was recently approached to advertise on Google. I am curious as to how many agents out there are having success with reaching people to help with their real estate needs using this type of advertisement?

Specifically I was referring to this company that specializes in "targeted marketing." There is a set up fee and a monthly fee where they guarantee that if a person searches say in my case for a Realtor in Montgomery County PA - that my website will show up first. I am curious to know if any other Realtors are having success in getting generated leads from this type of advertising? I know there are adwords, etc. and if anyone has used them with succes I would love to hear about that too! Thanks for responding.

This company is a fraud they just got their .com at go daddy 5 months ago. there is a company called ripoffreport.com that talks about Interglobe marketing and it states if you are contacted by them to notify Google. Google states that they are not affiliated with this company in any way. Google ask that you notify them if contacted at 1866-246-6453. Visit Rip Off Report it is for consumers by comsumers.
