Put your heads together!

By
Real Estate Agent with North Texas Home Finders 0462649

I have been integrating my Golden Retrievers, Bailey & Baxter into my Realtor marketing for some time now.

It seems to stand out as different from all the other house pictures out there promoting Real Estate. This is my latest marketing piece that I have created using my dogs.

Heads Together

Does it catch your attention? Would it make you stop and look at it compared to everything else in your office mail box?

I use 5.5 x 8.5 full color, glossy post cards to give it a professional appearance.

PC Back

The funny thing is, that I think I promote and market my community more because I create the marketing pieces myself and use the dogs that I love!

I'm always looking for new ideas and suggestions, so please share any successes that you have had in your marketing efforts.

I would like to venture more into "bulk marketing" but have had a hard time coming up with good ideas.

Awesome idea. Best of all, it's yours. Being creative and touching heats as the same time. Excellent!

I think the reason you really put all your effort into your marketing is because you love your community.  You want to do the best for them and you use things that you also love to express how you feel about your community.  Great job!

I have used pictures of my daughter - I had them taken at a mall photographer that specialized in photographing children. She was sitting in a little boat wearing sunglasses and pretending to be fishing. The text was something like 'Take a Break - Let Lise Do all the Work" - I got a listing from it because someone liked the fact that I was a working mother. Where are you getting your postcards done? Locally or somewhere off the internet?

Greg - thank you! I'm glad that you liked it!

Kristin - I've read a lot of your posts and mostly because you are such an animal lover. Thanks for stopping by.

Jennifer - I agree that kittens are a great idea. I just need to find a good picture, because our cats are no longer with us.

Jessica - my response has been great! It seems that a lot of Realtors love dogs! Maybe because we're social animals?

Absolutely use your dogs.  They show a personal side to you and people want to connect with real people not robots!

Kathy T - very well said! I think you are right on that I love and take pride in the community that I sell in.

Lise - that sounds really cute! I should have kids so I can be creative with them too. Maybe I'll just borrow my cute little nephew for now! I order tham at www.gotprint.com. I've been really pleased with the quality and the prices.

Kathy K - thank you! The puppies are like our kids to us. I always wish I had taken more pictures when they were little. Who knew?

Cindy - you are so right! I connect with a lot of people over their pets!
