Blogging is not an easy habit to develop. In fact, I get so caught up in my regular email, that I forget I have this alternative option of communicating with people. So, today I remembered and here goes!
Winter has brought snow and cold to Chicagoland, but also an new president and an economy that is leaving everyone scratching their heads and clutching their wallets. Price of houses have been terrorized and the persuit of a silver lining to any of this is hard to find. I heard a great old George Harrison song the other day, "All Things Must Pass", and in reality, I believe this tough tie in our economy too shall pass. As far as housing goes, they are out there. The financing to buy them is available and as you wait your turn, hang on to your family and friends and it will be O.K. That's my pep talk-philosophy for today! Everyday has me busy with buyers or a sellers. I never have nothing to do! We'll figure a way out of this because we're good!
