Aside from its tackiness, what's the point? The yard sign has traditionally been the avenue of advertising that generates phone calls which in turn generate leads. If we give away all information about the property within the flyer, where's the opportunity to actually "sell" the house or better yet, switch buyers to another property if that particular one doesn't fit their needs? If a prospective buyer is interested enough, they'll make the call.
Yard sign fliers are for nosy neighbors and lookers.
