Elaine....I just didn't get there early enough for the (no track shot) unfortunately the stop sign has to be there its a one lane bridge and two way traffic and it is used alot we have parks on both sides.....hopefully some day I will get it with no tracks......peace zaneZane, thanks for sharing this wonderful photo, and the history of the bridge. Zane, Silly me I thought all the covered bridges were in the New England states. I use to do a lot of black and white photography because of the contrast. This picture could be 100 years old. Thanks for sharing...

Paul we have a few covered bridges left in Ashtabula County ....I'd like to take a road trip some day to see some of the covered bridges that way... I have only seen photos of them...very nice...peace zane

We have a few of these beauties left around the area here too....and they are such a piece of history.
I'll bet that is one of the bridges of Madison County. Remember the famous book and movie!! So romantic.
