Stop Whining! My View of the Marketplace.

Education & Training with HD Realty BK662006

Today I just want to vent a little, but the venting will (hopefully) show you the good side of what's going on in our market.  So today it's short and sweet!!!

I'm getting tired of all of the whining.

Yeah, life's tough, business is tough, and by golly, the market has been REALLY tough! Got it! Now what? Is it time to give up and go work at Taco Bell?

Here's the real scoop:

~Home sales are up!

~Rates are down!

~Depending on the area, 25-50% of Realtors have left the business!

~Same goes for Mortgage Brokers and Title Companies!

~Buyers are coming out of the woodwork and the phones are ringing off the hook!

Ready for simple math 101?

More buyers and more closings divided by less agents and brokers = more closings per agent that's left!!!

The "thinning of the herd" means more money for you!

So if you've been whining...STOP IT!

And if you're already working your buns off (like Tim & I have been lately!) then GOOD JOB, keep it up!

Now if we can get the media to help us publicize the positives we'll get even further down the road.  Things are moving up here on the Cape!

Thank you thank you thank you for saying it! I'm sick and tired of the whining too. When someone in our business starts talking negative I completely zone it out. Our business has it's headaches but it sure as heck beats working at taco bell!

Please see my client recommendations.

A rapidly appreciating or declining market is great; it's the flat market that I don't want to see!
