It's so exciting to be in Real Estate right now. We have weathered and I believe we are more than half way through the storm. It was so awesome to hear that there was a surprising 6 1/2% increase in existing home sales in December 2008. Buyers are starting to understand that the market has hit its bottom and the time is now to get the best deal. Interest rates continue to be optimum. If you are on the fence now would be the time to get moving and call a Realtor.
