"I have a dream..."

By

Have you ever had a dream and woke up and were a little sad that what you were dreaming wasn't reality? According to studies, we are constantly dreaming while we are asleep even if we don't remember what we dreamt.  Dreaming must be important to our system, otherwise why would we do involuntarily.  What better way to dream than doing it while you are awake, that way you can control what happens in the dream and your happy ending can be as fantastic as you want it.

How much better do you feel when you have been thinking about pleasant things instead of thinking about all the cares and worries that try to burden you everyday.  Its easy to get swept up in a negative storm and let the worry hover over us like a dark cloud.  But what does worrying actually accomplish? ZILCH.ZERO.NODDA.....  Everyone has heard the phrase "birds of a feather, flock together"...one pleasant thought evokes another, then it causes a chain reaction until the sun breaks through those clouds of gloom and despair.

There are few things we can control in this life and our THOUGHTS is one major and very important one.  A thought is only as good as the life you give it.  So don't let the negative thoughts become you, instead you become what you think about and only you can control what you dwell on.

Very good post!  If you think negative, you will receive negative.  I always think positive and the glass is always half full!  We are what we think!

Great blog,  I sent it to my team leader for the thought of the day.  A thought is only as good as the life you give it.
