New to bloggin

I am really new to this blogging thing.  Actually my wonderful buyers agent Dana Post is very good at the blogging and facebook things.  She sent me the great artical about why you should use facebook.  The artical was wonderul and I think we will start using this as a way to promote our listing also.  If anyone has any great tips for me I would be open for any and all suggestions.
