Youtube is a great way to market your rentals or listings. Walk-through your property and explain in detail the amenties. If the Buyer, Seller or Applicant wants more than a slide show or flat pictures, you can give more than a 360 of the unit at no cost except a few minutes of your time Send the people to your youtube listing and they can get the whole picture. The image will not as nice as a professional unless your are a pro but it works. Check out your city in Youtube and see how other realtors are using the system. We use a small hand-held pocket video the card loads directly into computer...seems fine and when we send someone to sight, they know what to expect. SHort and sweet.
thats another fantastic and economically viable way to market listings that also embraces technology.
Dang, slap me upside the head... I can't believe I haven't even thought of that, and it is right in front of me. I am so embarrassed... I am supposed to be up on the technology. I have posted a few things on you tube, but never a listing. This too will change. Time to break out the video camera. Thank you for your short post.
It is great way, for anyone determine purchase property if not searching via MLS for virtual tour have a great week.
I have found that the quality level of video to be low on you-tube when I have tried to upload things. This is however another effective marketing channel to reach potential clients. Also, consider using 360 degree virtual tours to showcase your listings.

Candi, who does the photography and who does the uploading for you? Do you do this for rentals as well as sales?
This is a great idea for our rentals and vacation rentals. How are the clients able to easily find the videos?
