My free report on 1031 Exchanges

Hello everyone,

I have been writing for some time about the benefits of 1031 Exchanges. I have been getting lots of great comments about my blogs.

Please feel free to download the report and also pass my report link to anyone who might find it of interest. I am going to have to make a change because the Securities Exchange Commission just ruled that TIC's are securities and not Real Estate. My understanding is that NAR is going to apeal that ruling. Last year, NAR sent in a formal request to allow Realtors to sell TIC's because of their real estate training and experience.
