Hi cecily,

When you post listings on ar- which categoies do you post them on?  Do you get much response?

Cecily I thought you had this one sold??

Cindy: The reason I post listings is because I tell my sellers I market their home to over 130,000 real estate professional around the country. I also post them to localism through AR. You can check my categories to see where I put them an I also put them on the AR channel. It's just a way of marketing and networking for the Google juice and hopefully someone who read my blog or is searching for real estate in Salem will see them as well.

Sean: It's a short and it's contingent right now. The lender said they will look at multiple offers so I figured I would see if I can generate more than one offer just to be safe. The one on the table is not at list price. Just trying to do the best thing for the seller to get this closed before she is foreclosed on!

Hey Cecily, that's a great listing! I so hope it sells quickly for you!

I hope you let your sellers know that, in addition to all the other marketing you do, that you've marketed this property to over 130,000 Real Estate agents across the USA and Canada?

Good luck Cecily.  Back up offers has been the name of the game for me these days.  One of my backups recently got moved up the ladder and was accepted.   It has since turned into the short sale from hell!  Why do the banks think they still call all the shots?

Craig: Thanks for stopping by! It is a great house. Write an offer on this, will ya?

JoAnna: Banks think they can call the shots for one reason...they can. Sigh.
