real estate's moving

I had a closing last Friday.  I also wrote an offer and the phones have been ringing in the office. I think real estate's moving!! Maybe only in the under $200 category but isn't that great! My friend Carol and I are beginning a new partnership that is going to target apartments . We met with Susan Davis at Bank of America and we are going to send out post cards.  We will hold a first time home buyers seminar  so people that are renting can find out how easy it is to buy (if you meet certain qualifications)!! Wish us luck!!
