Why You Should Light Up Your Yard Sign Tonight?

By
Real Estate Agent with LISTINGLIGHT

To me this was a no brain-er, if I can extend my sales day when it gets dark at 5p.m. for 3 or 5 hours why wouldn't I do it? Since most people work for a living they can't cruise looking for properties or neighborhoods until after work. News Flash...Your sign is out of business if people can't read it!!! Here are the top 5 reasons to light up your sign tonight:

  1. Makes you, your company and your listing stand out in a crowded market
  2. Attracts new listings
  3. More exposure means more sales
  4. Differentiates you from your competitors
  5. Your sellers love the extra 150 hours of exposure every month to help sell their properties (5 hours per night)

Fits all Signs

I am a Realtor and inventor of the Listinglight, a night light for real estate signs. It locks onto any sign, has a 3 or 5 hour illumination option, tamper and weather resistant, a photo sensor automatically turns it on and off every night and is battery operated which makes it brighter and more reliable than solar lights. @ electrical engineers told us that the solar technology isn't there yet and our 6 standard C batteries, which last up to 2 months is the way to go! We also have 4 super bright energy efficient led bulbs on both sides of the sign so it lights up both sides of the sign and flyer box.

Be the first in your farm area to own a LISTINGLIGHT and you'll be amazedat the results. We have over 125 testimonials on our website www.LISTINGLIGHT.com and are preferred vendors for most top real estate companies.

If you go to our website and order on line at www.Listinglight.com and put Active Rain in the Promo Code Box you'll receive 20% discount while supplies last

That is so much fun! I haven't seen any of those in my hood. I wonder what would be the local regulations on the light signs.
