The Sunapee Region has so many wonderful bodies of water to enjoy outside of the 3 major ones - Lake Sunapee, Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake. As you will see in the graph below, the average sales price for properties on Lake Sunapee has increased quite steadily over the past 5 years. I have discussed this with other agents in my office who have been selling properties up here for over 20yrs and they’ve all commented that lake properties always tend to ride the downturns much better than the average property.
