Mike, just a quick note - did you know we have a Brentwood in Los Angeles as well? This confused me once b/c I got a call from an agent looking to Stage a home in Brentwood. We were about to set up an appointment to meet at the property when she saw that I was in the 310 area code! Here I think Brentwood is considered a neighborhood inside of LA, but there it may be an actual incorporated city. But if you ever have someone from LA call you trying to find the address on their GPS, you'll know why! :)

Annie there is a Brentwood in Los Angeles. I did a blast email to all of my current and past clients and one of them asked me for the address to view the home and he emailed me to cncel because he thought it was in Los Angeles.
