Hunterwood is located just northwest of Franklin TN limits. It is off Hilsboro Rd. just north of Grassland Schools. Tthis great Brentwood TN neighborhood is a perfect blend of upscale and cozy. Built in the early to mid 90's this traditional colonial mostly brick home community has everything you would want in a neighborhood. Community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, tennis courts and underground utilities for a modest $60 per month HOA fee. The recent housing slow down has had little effect on this neighborhood and when available they don't usually last long.
Hunterwood is not more than 15 minutes to downtown Franklin, Nashville, Brentwood, or the malls at Green Hills, Cool Springs or Bellevue. Restaurants and specialty shops are close by in any direction, from Grassland to Franklin, or Cool Springs to Nashville.
When people call me to relocate, it is one of the first places I look for new listings.
