Mar Bella will soon have a new neighbor with the arrival of Clear Creek Independent School District’s new 130-acre Education Village. The new campus will be the first of its kind in the state of Texas featuring an elementary, intermediate, and high school all built on the same property. The schools will share common areas including the main kitchen preparation area, mechanical plant and service yards. While the schools share the same property and some services, each campus is separated. Students will not have access to a school that is not their home campus unless organized by a teacher.
- Elementary School #26 will be a 105,500 square foot campus with a capacity of 900 students and open fall 2009.
- Intermediate school #9 will total 176,550 square feet with a capacity of 1200 students and open fall 2010.
- And finally the 460,000 square foot High School #7 with a capacity of 2500 students will also open fall 2010.
