Lake Norman new construction homes with boat storage

Northington Woods located in Mooresville off of Perth Road is a community of new homes that come with boat storage.  Many of the homes are sold and occupied.  However we have more new construction homes available in the neighborhood that need to be sold.  The builders in there were caught with too much inventory with this downturn of the market.  Two of my listings in Norhtington Woods have gone into foreclosure status.  This is too bad.  Most all of these homes  have large lots, 3 car garages, numerous upgrades, irrigation and boat storage.  Huge price decreases have been made on all of the remaining homes.  For more information go to www.WendysProperties.com
