I should have posted this yesterday. So busy showing home, didn't have time to blog about anything. I have been with RE/MAX for over 2 years and I love being apart of the RE/MAX Family. I could not see my name being with any other Real Estate Firm out, because RE/MAX International offers so much to all the agents and broker owners.
Real estate has changed so much with the market in the past two years, but I have done better in this market with RE/MAX than I did with my old firm in a good market. I believe the reason why is, RE/MAX has so much training available and I am learning something everyday. Listed below are some of the tools that I use that RE/MAX provides and I think all RE/MAX agents should at least try them for a few months to see what works for them and they will see the results.
1. I log into mainstreet everyday to see whats new
2. Always log into your leadstreet and work those leads, because they do turn into transactions.
3. Please Please use RE/MAX design center, this is a great tool and I use alot in my blogs.
4. Keep your website update from the leadstreet, with keywords and new info.
6. I love the Agent training on demand (atod) you can get so much information here.
7. Use the Web Roster for Referrals, I have gave many out and received many. Update your profile on there. (please put a picture there and not be a balloon head)
8. On mainstreet check out forms you can download, there is listing info there and checklist, etc.
9. Always ask for help if you need, ecare will help you in anyway.
