OPEN HOUSE SATURDAY, JANUARY 31,2009 1-4 PM
4273 PAR FIVE COURT
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA

Prestigious North Ranch area of Westlake Village; a townhome that feels more like a house. This end unit property has a great deal of privacy with the front door set well back from the road behind an artistic wrought iron gate. The front door is accessed through a low maintenance, serenely landscaped side yard which provides a welcoming entry for owners and guests alike. Upon entry, a magnificent fireplace is an impressive focal point of the living room. The soaring vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and skylights leave one with a great sense of space and light. The neutral interior allows for a wide range of styles and decor. Few homes can offer the ease of living which this home affords with a tremendous amount of storage, great access to major transportation routes, shopping & schools.
