Sometimes in the real estate life one has to move forward when it comes to improving a system or way of life. And so it comes with a heavy heart that I have left EWM Realtors after they closed my Weston office and moved to a new and highly energetic Millenium Real Estate in Davie, FL. Located on Griffin Rd., just west of downtown Davie this new location sits in front of the new Lakeside Community, which boasts single family homes, townhomes, and first floor office and retail space.
I have also passed my CAM license exam and will forging ahead with property manangement as well. By moving to a well funded, new office I have put myself squarely in the forefront of expansion and moving ahead. This is a ground level opportunity with an office that will be around for quite some time to come as the overhead is very limited compared to some of the larger companies out there.
