With an average sales price in December of $846,000 for Aviara detached homes, the properties at Tramonto represent a great buy. And with prices that have moderated some in the last couple of years and today's historically low interest rates, these homes are a good opportunity for Carlsbad buyers who wish to live in this beautiful community.
The community is a pleasant to wlk in, but the crown jewel is being less than a 10-minute walk to the Batiquitos Lagoon and wildlife preserve with miles of walking trails along the lagoon and golf course.
Fine dining is located within minutes of your door at The Argyle, at the golf course, and Vivace at the Four Seasons.
Currently there are 4 Carlsbad homes for sale in Tramonto at Aviara with 3 or 4 bedrooms, and either 1740 or 2323 SF of living space on two levels. Prices range from $475,000 (a short sale) to a range priced home at $575,000 - $629,000). Two homes have sold in the last 6 months at $563,600 and $637,500 ($324/SF and $274/SF respectively).
