A new foreclosure has come through and it is priced RIGHT this time. How would you like to have a ranch style 3 bedroom 2 bath house for $24.07 per square foot? It has brick exterior, fireplace, large laundry room and fenced back yard. Price is $39,900!
Things that will have to be done is replace roof, put in new floor covering, do repairs to soffits and fascia, paint inside and out and probably a few other things that I can't determine. As a matter of fact, this is the house that months ago I showed a picture of and said it could be dangerous to your health because of the smoking that had gone on inside.
We have so many calls for fixer-uppers and this is the epitome of one that needs to be grabbed. I have it on my private website, www.barbarasduncan.com and it gets sent to Craig's List. Perhaps some California investor will see it and buy it without visiting!! I put about 25 pictures on my website and didn't try to hide the flaws! If you like flaws, go look!!
So why am I happy to have a $39,900 listing? Because it is priced as it should be. What do you want to bet that people will want to offer half that saying it is overpriced!!
