What you tell people regarding refering you to clients

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Legends Group

My primary job is to meet with people who would consider allowing me to give them the keys to homeownership.  People I meet witch value the information we cover in our time together and will typically call and thank you for introducing a great resource to them.  I want you to let me know how I can benefit you personally from the time that you spend helping me.  Thank you for contributing to my effort in locating potential homeowners.

In referring my company, you might want to know...

Recognizing the need for EASYstreet Realty

Sometimes in life a change is needed in their living arangements.  Familys expand and contract get transferred or other life chabging events. A co-worker of famiy memebr or close friend discus home ownership issues and imapcts on theitr lives.  This exchange can occur anywere and at any time.  Locations this could occur at is sporting events, school events, holdiays and during spirtual time.

My Vision

The goal of EASYstreet Realty is to combine access to some of the most innovative financing programs available today with a comprehensive knoledg of the market to facilitate a home sale or purchase.

Directions for Researching Referrals

Please spend a few minutes helping me find possible prospects.  Assemble your address book, client list, Rolodex, orginizational roster to go through.  Spend just 10-15 minutes and list the names of possible candidates and their phone numbers.  You will discover that people who can benefit are easy to identfy and that refering will strengthen your relationship with them.  I will not call anyone until you and I decide how, when, and if contact should occur.  I will ensure that you are well represented.

Who do you know who:

Is looking to buy or sell a home or get out of an apartment?  The ideal homebuyer would not be working with a particular Realtor.

Directions for Recognizing Referrals:

You will notice people around you who are candidates for our company.  They will be networking, talking to you about the challenges and frustration they have encountered in  the homebuying process.  They may be friends, clients, vendors, business associates or at meetings you attend.  When you see a possible prospect, I would like you to merely gather information for me and create a little interest.  Don't refer to me during the conversation.  You might ask,  What area of town do you live in?  Do you like that area? How long have you lived there?  If you feel they are a qualified referral, state that there is someone you think they should meet.  Do not give my name and phone number.  Call me so that we can work together on how I should make conatct.

Ultimately, when you introduce me, you might say,  "You deserve an action plan that gets you into a new home.  You need to meet a broker from EASYstreet Realty.  Your housing needs are too important to miss the opportunity to have a conversation with one of their reorsentatives."  Explain I'll be calling or you can set a time for the three of us to meet.

Thank You
