The Florida Realtor Institute is the exclusive source of the GRI Designation in Florida. Realtors and Realtor Associates earn the designation after successfully completing three comprehensive real estate courses. To earn the GRI Designation, ALL Three courses must be completed within a five year period from the date the first course is completed. This provision includes students who have completed part of their course work out of state.
