It doesn't happen often but it does happen. I did an open house last week and after just an hour or so a young couple came thru the open house and expressed interest in the house. They were not working with a Realtor so now they are my buyers! Miracles do happen!!

Tom, I do open houses almost every weekend. I was told by a lot of seasoned agents that open houses are a waste of time. I, however, have gotten quite a few buyers from them. I haven't sold one I was sitting at yet, but after hearing from you...I have HIGH hopes! Good for you!!!

Tom - That's great. I recentally started doing open houses again. I have notice that I have not seen alot of open houses in my area. Last week I had an open house and had 4 buyers that walked through that did not have a Realtor. There are still plenty buyers out there. If open houses are the way to get them, I'll be doing alot of open houses this year.
