Now is the time to buy real estate for cheap, fix it up, rent it out and manage it until the real estate market returns. How do you do this? Well here are my top recommendations for the team that you will need to achieve this goal.

1. Real Estate Agent - One with experience in the real estate business and who has connections to get properties very cheap.

2. BankerMortgage Broker - You want to find someone that funds real estate investors and understands the mechanics of lending on investment properties that need repairs.

3. Real Estate Appraiser - Someone who intimately knows the area that you will be investing in so that they can give you real values in this ever changing market.

4. General Contractor/Property Management Company - Someone who works with real estate investors and can get your property fixed up and ready to rent asap.

5. Real Estate Attorney - Even if you are in a state that does not use attorney's I would still recommend finding one because they can help you with not just the real estate closing transaction but also with evicting tenants and some propertt management issues.

6. Real Estate Accountant - Someone that can assist with the tax implications of owning real estate investment properties.

7. Insurance Agent - Someone who will insure a property for a real estate investor.

I call them the lucky 7, once you have them in place you are on your way to real estate riches!!
