This January sales were the best I have had in the last few years. Sales were spread equally between first time homebuyers, moving up, (putting trailing home into rental service) and investors.
They were all able to easily find financing. We had conventional mortgages, FHA mortgages and construction to perm loans written. Rates were all at the historically low rates in the 5s.
We have offers outstanding, contracts in the contracts to close status and have buyers waiting to drive around and see properties to buy.
What a great year this is going to be!
