I made my cold/warm calls today. I do it everyday. but today I though I would share some honest thoughts on the matter. I dial, it rings, the familiar voice answers. I ask about the houses I emailed, 4/5 bed rms-budget of a 3 bed. I think why do I waist my time. As we are talking I am prioritisings what viewing time slots I am willing to invest/waist. Ok next call...
Amaizingly, I stay possitive and just keep dialing. I know better then to put them into the neet little catagories they fit into, andgive up on them. But I just swamp through todays task list and give everyone a chance to act like a customer. Just for the record I did get one appt.
