It's a funny thing about real estate in Florida. Everything revolves around 'the season". Right now we're in the middle of it. Of course, before season we were waiting for all the folks from around the country and globe to visit and look at the latest in inventory. Now they're here and and in most cases, we're still waiting. Of course we're also waiting for them to spend the time that they're renting to look around and decide what it is they choose. And then they decide to wait until next season. Its a proven fact that depending on "season" can be a very risky gamble. What's the option? Starting a day to day prospecting program that brings you in closer contact with the folks who are here in and out of season. Visit the places you do other business with and introduce yourself. Get involved with community events and committees. Learn to give and not worry as much about getting. I know it's an old concept, but a very rewarding and satisfying one. Always remember, the hand that gives is never empty.
