Many of you are wondering how do I get more leads, most strategies are a waste of time. think about how much money you spend on advertising and that does not include time. I understand your business requires your devotion and time which many of you do not have. I will give you some advice on how to market your self for FREE
You must be a head hunter and committed to your business.
here is my list of what I do on a daily basis
- place add in free local papers most are no costs or vary little
- place adds on Craig list
- flyers " you make them yourself" and do not use all that color ink
- business cards " put them every place you can"
- partner up with-some one who is an agent
- call mortgage companies for leads
- call title companies for leads
- call fsbos for leads
- call divorce, real estate , family, law firms for leads
- go the your county " many leads there"
- talk with other agents in your own office to split your costs
Most of you do some of my suggestions however the most important aspect of your business is DOOR-KNOCKING THIS COST ZERO DOLLARS, AND IS A GOOD WAY TO MEET THE CLIENT YOU NEED AND GET SOME EXERCISE. I RECOMMEND YOU KNOCK ON AT LEAST 100 DOORS -YES 100- DOORS PER WEEK. I DO AT LEAST 150 MYSELF.
