Growth Leader week 2 update from Southeastern Pennsylvania
The end of the second week is here on Growth Leader. Please remember I was on the system 41 days before the advertising really kicked in and the authorization from the MLS came through.
So officially, at the end of the second full week,
I have learned a great deal. Buyers are searching for ranch homes, and there are no results. It seems that in the west, a ranch is a place with many acres and lots of cattle. In Philadephia, a ranch home is one on one floor. So there is a flaw in the system, where people are receiving empty emails, and no ranch homes are available. This needs to be addressed
The feature of the Instant Messenger is very cool. I have signed up to AIM, and when signed in to AIM, the PLUGOO feature on Growth Leader allows me to chat with the clients while they are on line. I have "caught" 4 different clients while they are in my web site searching for homes. I clicked on the chat feature, and one read the invitation and did not accept, and three others did not read the invitation, from what I could see. I read the instructions carefully, and I hope I am not missing something.
I have had 33 leads now to date in the first official two weeks.
