I could not sleep last night ! We are looking at another 5 years of this mess or more. I was talking w a friend of mine that has his PH.D in statistics, an absolute astute gentleman that is well versed in economics and real estate as well. He says we are going to see a second round of buy and bails.
Since folks are loosing their jobs, we have people that have walked away from one house, getting into another ( under the premise that they were getting a better deal ) and seeing that they can not afford that home either.
We also have those who frankly have purchased within the last six months that see they have lost a fortune and want to walk and get a better deal
