What's needed to qualify for Our Community Program:

1. Borrowers on the loan must make less than $72,400 annually, or If property is determined to be within a pre-selected neighborhood, there is no income cap.

2. Property must be a SFR, or 3-4 units are allow up to 97%

3. Loan must be a purchase or a rate and term refi - NO CASH OUT ALLOWED

4. Borrower cannot own any other real estate property at time of closing

5. First Time Home Buyers welcomed, without restrictions! Minimum credit score 575. No Max DTI, no specified reserve requirement.
