I'm thrilled for 6 sellers in my area. Since January 1st that's how many we've gotten contracts on their homes through Lane Realty. The prices are great. Most are lower than they were two years ago and the interest rate is still lingering around 5% which is a fantastic rate.

Waterfront properties on Lake Sinclair continue to be a solid investment. And even if the market declines a bit more before the recovery I still contend that waterfront properties are a safe place to "house" your money.
