Don't be a big loser!

It's the new year and everyone is having a biggest loser challenge. People at work, the local newscasters and even my son has gotten a group together to lose big! They asked me to join and I said "no way am I weighing in front of anyone!" However, just like lots of other people I too need to lose weight. So which diet program do you choose? I have found, for me, it is not so much what I eat but, it is all about working out! I have to be at the gym at least 4 days a week and I would like to be there 6 days a week to really do well. When I work out, I feel better, mentally and physically and then I want to eat less!

With real estate it is also all about what works for you!

Today people are worrying about the economy and sales seem to be slowing on all fronts.  We have been inundated with new ways to market ourselves. Several articles advocate getting back to basics. I couldn't agree more. Regardless of where you capture your buyers or sellers, eventually they have to meet you, shop with you and like you! So, for Tom and I what works is honest communication with the client and keeping up with market trends. Only difference is between real estate and diet is we don't want to be the biggest loser but a winner! And the bottom line is not about the amount of money that exchanges hands. If our customers and clients are happy when the sale is complete then we are the biggest WINNERS!
