I can't say that the go zones are not having any effect, but if they are, the degree of effect has not been substantial, based on people we talk with in the local real estate industry. Then, too, we may not have a very good perspective, since--even though several west Alabama counties are included in the zones--the area we concentrate our services in (Birmingham and Shelby county, in the central part of the state), are not witin the designated zones. So, it may well be a different story as you travel further south into areas more heavily affected by the hurricanes.
