It appears that the market may be taking a good turn. Buyers are looking and putting in offers which are truning into contract.
Lets hope this is the road to stablization that we have been looking for.

Any good news is terrific but I feel the market will fluctuate for quite a while. Any positive news will spur renewed interest and and of course negative news will have it's impact. It will be a roller coaster ride for quite some time.

I agree that there is an uplift that wasn't "there" in the Fall of last year. Again, though, it's a very regional thing. Are people worried about remaining in cash, with so much being printed/nothing backing same?

I have seen an upturn in people looking to buy homes. I have done pre-approvals for 2 in the past week and got an email from someone I have done business with in the past. They are currently renting. They looked last spring but stopped. They are actively looking again.
