It seems to me that in regards to listings, agents seem to be chasing each other with price reductions! It's time sellers stop listening to those agents that just aren't doing their jobs, and it's time they were informed properly of what their home values truly are, and then patience because the buyers will come, and more are coming into California everyday.
In regards to buyers, it takes a true Realtor to make it work for buyers in this market. With higher FICO scores required it is critical for the Realtor and Loan Officers to be up-to-date on all of the latest loan programs available to borrowers.
