Feedback on USHUD.com??

I'm willing to give it a try.  It's not a long term commitment (one month at a time), and the cost is very reasonable ($195 mo).  If nothing else, it will give me a consolidated source for foreclosure properties and another source of blog topics.  If I use this resource and don't produce 5 times what I spend in six months, it's probably a reflection on me and my follow-up rather than them. 

I just received an email from ushud.com and came onto ActiveRain to research reactions from other agents.  Here it is Jan 2012 and there are no new or current comments.  Either ushud.com isn't connecting with agents or no one is reporting.  $195 a month doesn't sound very good if the leads are lacking substance.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH USHUD.com ALLHUD.com OR ANY OTHER BUSINESSES RUN BY HEAVYHAMMER. I had the same experience as Charles above. I specifically told them that I would try it for a month and that they DO NOT have my permission to bill me further. They did send me a reciept that stated that it was month to month but I didn't bother to read it or I would have called to cancel. They got an extra month out of me. I suppose CHARLATANS like these will never run out of new agents to rip-off. I am not a new agent and should have known better. They will not deliver as promised. BTW, apparently you can pay for an "A" rating from the Better Business Bureau and that's probably what they have done. Never again will I pay for any online marketing as it has all been a bust.

US HUD Tim Fry + other alias names- now have six websites trying to generate leads. They post aged listings that are off the market with a capture page ( you  know where a visitor must enter their email and phone) all the lead emails and phones are bogus just as the information on their websites has no value. They charge between $200 to $400 a month and promise exclusive leads for area. The leads might be two years old, sold to ten other people.

When contacted by a lead company ask for their websites

put the URL of websites into Alexa for free or Google's analytics  see how many hits they really get a week or day... (few less than 1000 worldwide for US HUD)

Their "luxury" division even worse.

Enough said...Love this forum that reports crooks for protection in our industry.

As always it was a pleasure chatting with you. Please share what I am about to say to your management and your welcome to use it in any way that is beneficial to you and USA HUD.

I started buying leads through Reltor.com and was at every step, to include today sick of how they do not return calls, don’t take responsibility for the sales and  management staffs poor customer service and for not providing customer service staff with the ability to take care of negative issues that their management has created. 

With that said, I started buying leads through USA HUD just after purchasing leads from raltor.com. I have to admit in the beginning things felt about the same until you got involved.

At the point that you intervened I started to feel that I was valued for my commitment to purchasing leads through USA HUD and began to see more leads as you were continually behind the scenes working for me just as I do for my own clients.  

I I know that it is you that has been working for me and you that has caused me to stay loyal to USA HUD. An example to this is when you became sick and took a brief leave of absence my county had been sold out from under me and was not resolved until you returned.

further proof to my testament is that I have begun to see true traction from the leads that you have sent me and my commitment to vet each lead until I can no longer work it. Before you got involved I received a slow trickle of leads but after you got involved I have constantly seen the leads increase.  This has been instrumental to me as the leads that I receive are mostly people that will never buy, cant ever financially buy or are not determined enough to fix or build their credit.  So the amount of leads that have come from your support is what has made the difference. 

So with the constant stream of leads that you have provided I can now say that I am building traction. 

I just closed one lead from you, have one lead from you that is under contract and three more leads that came from you that I am currently showing homes to. 

Justin, you have always been accessible and have always treated me with respect and as a friend that would and has gone to bat for me. 

Justin please take care of you self and your heath as if you were to leave USA HUD I believe I would close may account and move on. 

P.S. To date I have not had one lead that came from Realtor.com that did any thing but use me!!!! True statement!!!

Wasted my money.  Stay clear.  BTW, the two positive comments are by individuals that joined Active Rain, enter little bio information, no posts, no additional activity beyond their adoration of US HUD.  What would your common sense tell you about those recommendations?
