Here's what I do know. The design is called an Ardmore and it is one of the smaller floor plans. As all of these properties were sold through Seven Springs and not listed in a Multiple Listing Service we are limited to information that can be found in the public records.
Many buyers added upgrades that substainally increased the sold prices. Our best guess is that these owners got the bare bones package. Maybe they have the talent to finish off or complete some of the construction work on their own.
