In this condo the seller was able to leave much of his furniture but I made a few simple changes. Much of the furnishings and accessories were his and a few of mine. When I arrived to do the staging he had not cleaned or straightened and it was a good thing that staging day was the last day he lived in the condo as he is not known for keeping things neat.
