Beautiful land, Heather, those Lake Powell views are dynamic.  What is the dark sky thing?  I haven't heard of that.

Virginia - You know it never occurred to me till you posted this - I should write a blog about the "dark sky" communities. Basically no lights outside at night in the community to not hinder the view of the stars. I'll post some photos to go along with it!

Heather - That would be a wonderful Localism post - looking forward to it.

Might I suggest a slide show - Real Estate Shows has an excellent one and it loads quickly, you can also send it to UTube.  They have a lot of choices for music as well, and you can use your Logo info as the last picture.

Email me when you post it?

What a lovely piece of land. I live in a "dark sky community". However the big city has come so close that all the reflected light from the city roads and parking lots and shops is starting to impact our star gazing at night.

Virginia - That is a great idea. I've never tried it, but have been thinking Youtube is the next thing to jump in to.

Betina - Greenehaven probably won't have city encroachment anytime soon as most of the land around it is federally owned National Park Service land. That is one reason when they started the Lake Powell View Estates development they went "dark sky".
