What would you like to know and learn about from your inspector?

Hi Active Rain. Speaking of rain, we have had our fair share here in southern California (Orange County) the past few days. Anyway thank you all of the comments of my past 7 inspection blog's. The question I have for each of you is what would you as Real Estate Agents like to hear or learn about. Do you have questions on a particular subject, or a question that has come up due to something you saw at property preview? How about something that is questionable at one of your listings. Pre-listing inspections is a great way to answer these questions but that is another subject.
