Basic Level Title Holding Trust Webinar

This is a basic level discussion regarding the benefits and advantages of acquiring, owning, holding and disposing of California real estate or any personal property under a Title Holding Trust.

The discussion will include the requirements, structures, processes, strategies, and compliance issues necessary to successfully establish and maintain a Title Holding Trust, which is often referred to as an Illinois Land Trust. The potential benefits of using a Deferred Sales Trust^TM will also be addressed.

Bill,

Have you not had any interest in your webinar? How is the market doing in San Diego? I spent a

couple years there in the Navy, 32nd St. Station. Now, I'm in Minnesota and work for a small

investment company. I think that the land trust is going to be the primary article for real estate

transactions in the future. Conventional finance has terminal cancer as far as this market is

concerned, at least for the 90% of the "middle class" that need a place to live. What do you think?

Hi Steve,

Yes, we have had really good luck with our Title Holding Trust webinars with some really good attendance during the webinars. It is picking up speed as we get the word out there. It has always been an educational issue, so the more we can educate the more the public will understand incredible benefits of the Title Holding Trust. I certainly agree that the land trust will continue to pick-up speed because of the finance challenges.
