There are millions of scooters in Taiwan and there use is unlimited. Its not unusual to see a family of three or four on one scooter. Mother or father at the wheel. One child on the seat behind, one child on the front of the seat and one standing on the floor.
Add to this the assorted containers and cartage and it makes for a fascinating sight.
Food delivery scooters are constantly on the go ... including MacDonald's.
